Products (for about 10 people):
500 g of pie crusts
500 g raw pumpkin
2 tablespoons Chili Hills Smoked Chilli Honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
200 g crushed walnuts
100 ml oil
Instructions:
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater and mix with the honey, walnuts, cinnamon and sugar.
Place 2 layers on top of each other, brush them with oil, and top with the pumpkin mixture.
Roll up and place in a round pan.
Sprinkle with a little brown sugar and oil before baking.
Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
