For fans of the famous Chili Hot Dog, we have prepared our version of this classic from the "street food" category, namely the Chili Hills hot dog - King Chilli Dog.
The history of the hot dog is very interesting and goes like this:
Around 1880, a German immigrant from Frankfurt named Feuchtwanger became famous for his pork sausages, called frankfurters.
His wife sells them on the street in St. Louis, Missouri , giving her customers gloves so they don't get
their hands get burned. However, she notices that customers don't return her gloves and it costs a lot more, so she decides to put the frankfurters in a sliced bread. That's how
gave birth to the hot dog that we know today. After all these years, many more have appeared
varieties of hot dogs, but we were captivated by a very interesting one.
Years ago we were in New York, Bronx , where our attention was caught by a small street cart making hot dogs, but a different kind. It was the so-called Chilli Dog.
