Orders are processed every working day from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. After this, only orders confirmed by phone call are dispatched with the courier company. In case of an issue with the availability of the product you ordered, we will contact you for clarification. Orders confirmed by us are usually handed over to the couriers on the same or the next working day. Delivery of goods for Sofia is 1 to 2 working days. Delivery of goods to all populated areas, anywhere in Bulgaria, is 2 to 3 working days. In the event of a change in the value of ordered goods, in the period between sending the order and its initiation, the customer pays for the goods at the price at which they ordered them. Chilli Hills reserves the right to refuse orders, as well as to change prices without prior notice.
