FROM SEED TO BOTTLE
We are Alex and Boryana and after many years spent traveling all over the world, we decided to return to Bulgaria and live among nature. We found our dream home in the village of Kokalyane, at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, and it was here that our love affair with farming and outdoor life began. We started growing fruits, vegetables and our greatest love – chili peppers! We called this love Chilli Hills.
HOW WE STARTED
And where are we right now?
Chilli Hills was launched as a brand in early 2014 and has since operated as a boutique farm that grows rare varieties of chili peppers from all over the world. Within hours of being picked, they are processed and preserved into hot sauces, pastes, marinades and many other diverse products. The main goal of Chilli Hills is to contribute to the development of the hot culture in Bulgaria and also to provide a quality hot product to the global hot market.
OUR PRODUCTS
100% natural
All Chilli Hills products are 100% natural, free of preservatives, colorings and thickeners. The product range exceeds 40 different items and includes interesting products such as spicy craft beer, spicy brandy, spicy gourmet salt, spicy olive oil and many others, as well as of course the hottest peppers in the world.
The proprietary line "Balkan Hot Sauce" introduces the first artisanal hot sauce in Bulgaria, which is also officially the hottest product in the country.

Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Vilnius …
The products can be found in over 350 locations across the country, including reputable supermarkets, natural food and product stores, quality delicatessens, a number of gourmet restaurants, and selected markets or exhibitions. Since the summer of 2017, the Chili Hills range has been available in over 13 countries, and the number is constantly growing.
In 2017, we opened our first company store in Sofia, which was also the first specialized store for spicy products in Bulgaria. In November 2020, despite the epidemic situation, we also opened the first franchise company store outside the country, namely in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The love of hot food fans is our greatest reward, but we also have awards to brag about.
With a special attitude towards the quality of the products and the establishment of its own boutique style of work, Chili Hills has become a quality label and a leader in the hot pepper market in Bulgaria. We are the winners of numerous gold medals from international food and beverage exhibitions, but the greatest reward for us is the trust and love of hot pepper fans.
