On the eve of St. Nicholas Day, we present you a unique recipe in which the main character is the fish and its best friend, the Salamurika.
Products for two:
A nice sea bass, about 500 g
Salt, pepper and lemon
Ratatouille for two (everything is diced):
100 g green tomato
100 g zucchini
50 g carrots
30 g red pepper
100 g tomatoes
20 g onion
100 g tomato paste
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon Chilli Hills Salt
Salt, pepper and fresh thyme
Instructions:
Brush the sea bass well with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook it on a very hot grill pan so it doesn't stick or tear.
It takes 7 minutes on each side.
You will cook ratatouille in a slightly deeper pan, starting with the garlic and onion.
After 2-3 minutes, add the carrots and peppers.
After another 2 minutes, it's time for the zucchini and eggplant.
Now add a tablespoon of Salamurica and mix well.
Now you can add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir and season with a little salt, pepper, and fresh thyme.
It only needs another 3-4 minutes and it's ready.
Serve and bon appetit!
