The Lemon Drop, Ají Limón or Ají Limo pepper is a citrus-like, lemon-flavored chili pepper that is a popular spice in Peru. The lemon drop is a cone-shaped pepper that is about 60–80 mm long and 12 mm wide, slightly wrinkled. In a year, a single plant can produce over 100 fruits.
