The Lemon Drop pepper, Ají Limón or Ají Limo, is a citrus-like chili pepper with a lemon flavor that is a popular spice in Peru. The Lemon Drop is a cone-shaped pepper that is about 60–80 mm long and 12 mm wide, slightly wrinkled. In one year, a single plant can produce over 100 fruits.
