The red version of the classic Habanero can reach an impressive 200,000-300,000 Scoville units, and the dried form can reach up to 445,000. These peppers have a slight lantern shape and grow to about 5 to 7 cm in length. They have a lovely fruity flavor similar to other Habanero varieties and are suitable for almost any dish, especially salsas and hot sauces.
