Naga is also known as the "Ghost pepper." This pepper will explode any dish with heat and flavor.
Originating from Assam, Northern India, it is one of the spiciest and most aromatic in the world.
Instructions: Soak in hot water for 10 minutes and use as usual. You can also puree and use as a hot paste.
