I present to you a Spicy Cocktail with Carolina Reaper Brandy - a signature cocktail by Chilli Hills, which we have called the Hellish Mary.

 

 

The Carolina Reaper- infused brandy has already gained enough momentum that we decided to incorporate it into a signature cocktail, which we called the "Hell Mary" for obvious reasons. How much brandy you put in is entirely up to you. And, of course, consume in moderation.

 

Here is the recipe itself:

 

▪ 30 ml Carolina Reaper Brandy

 

▪ 150 ml tomato juice

 

▪ lemon juice

 

▪ Worcestershire sauce

 

▪ pickled horseradish

 

▪ salt

 

▪ black pepper

 

▪ pinch of ground coriander
