There we will meet the participants of Sofia Chilli Fest, who will tell us how chili is measured. We will meet Kerry from Scotland, who came especially for the chili festival. At it, she will present a special selection of chili sauces. And Uchindol Chili will tell us how to eat chili to prevent viruses and why they grow it on chili peppers. We will also talk about fermentations and lactofermentations. Tony from SoFerments, who also did an interesting collaboration with Chilli Hills, will tell us about them. At the chili festival, we will also find out what the secret of a good lyutenica is. And then we will meet Maris Vižjak, who organizes chili festivals in Slovenia. He will explain to us why the more we eat chili, the more addicted we become. What is the secret of chili and what does it have to do with chocolate....
Sando from Chilli Hills will tell us about the hottest pepper in the world, as well as what awaits us at the chili festival at the chili farm, where the League of Fire's hot pepper challenge world final will take place.
Finally, we will meet the hot food eating champion Mike Jack from Canada and the world title contender and his opponent - Giancarlo from Italy.
We will pay special attention to the Queen of Chilli/UKchilliqueen - Shahina Wasim.
She holds the top spot for 97 hot pursuits and wants to set a new record for winning 100 hot pursuit competitions without a loss.
