Ladies and gentlemen, we present to you the dark side of the White Stork!
For those who are not familiar, White Stork is one of the first craft beers in Bulgaria. It is produced in Belgium, according to recipes originally developed here.
White Stork’s idea was to create together a new beer, “Stout” type, with a hot chocolate aftertaste. The process was long, we used smoked Chipotle and Habanero peppers. A year later, the result is here.
On the occasion of the launch of the new Stork, we invite everyone to attend the official event, where will have the opportunity to try it. We, on the other hand, will take care of the food with our Street Kitchen and the hotness with Balkan Hot Sauce. We have chosen the best craft beer bar in Sofia – Kanaal – as a venue for the event.
