Products (for about 10 people):
500 g Bulgarian banitsa phyllo sheets
500 g raw pumpkin
2 table spoons Smoked chilli honey – Chili Hills Smoked Chilli Honey
3 table spoons brown sugar
2 tea spoons cinnamon
200 g walnuts
100 oil
Instructions:
The pumpkin is being grated with a large grater and mixed with the honey, walnuts, cinnamon and sugar.
Put two bantisa sheets one above other and add oil, on the top put the mixture with the pumpkin.
Roll and place in a round tray.
Add a little bit of brown sugar and oil before baking.
Bake for 40 minutes in preheated oven on 180 C.
