Jerk is a typical blend from the Caribbean region and represents a blend of dried herbs and spices. More and more popular jerk spice rub is perfect for rubbing the meat, before being thrown it in the barbecue.

You can also use it as a marinade with lemon juice by putting your chosen meat into the marinade for a few hours in a frig, and then you can cook it. Suitable for making fish in marinade for a tasty Ceviche.
