The name of this delicately smoky porter comes from the Mothership song – Hot Smoke and Heavy Blues – and it speaks enough for its essence – heavy and with a dizzying peppery taste. The smoky flavour is perfectly combined with the spicy one of the chili pepper, represented by the national pride – chili pepper variety “Bulgarian carrot”, grown at Chili Hills Farms.
