The names of the varieties of chili peppers known in our country are also colorful: “Rumanka”, “Feferonka”, “Sivria”, “Shipka”, “Arnautka”, “Ribka”… But which among them is the hottest and the most Bulgarian? Did you know that in Bulgaria there is a variety with a rich history and at the same time the only one that is known outside our borders even more than here…”
