It was about time to launch our version of an universal “hot pepper” that we can use daily in soups and dishes as a must-have seasoning on every table.
We made it to our liking, medium to finely ground, with medium spiciness. One of the most suitable peppers for the purpose – the South African “Birdsay” and the Mexican “Di Arbol”.
