“Better than fresh” is the new series of products from our farm. Our chili paste contains freshly ground chili peppers straight from the garden. The method of cooking the fruit hours after picking, preserves the aroma and freshness of the peppers as much as possible. We’ve balanced them with aged white wine vinegar and a pinch of Himalayan salt. The purpose of our hot paste is to refresh and spice up any dish, sauce or marinade.
