Fresh chilies Aji Lemon / Lemon Drop
The Lemon Drop pepper, Aji Lemon or Ají Limo, is a citrus-like chili pepper. It has a lemony flavor and is a very popular variety in Peru, where it is known as qillu uchu. It is a member of the baccatum species and is about 60 mm long and 12 mm wide, with a slight wrinkling. It has a unique lemony flavor and aroma. It has a heat rating of 30,000-50,000 SHU on the Scoville scale.
