Chilli Hills won a gold medal this year too!
Like every year, the Interfood & Drink '23 exhibition took place at the Inter Expo Center on Tsarigradsko Shose Boulevard in Sofia, with dozens of famous Bulgarian brands participating. This year too, we had the pleasure of once again being the winners of a gold medal, already the 5th in a row, this year's one being awarded to us in the "Product Line" category for our fermented hot sauces!
The award-winning Killa Hot Sauces total three in number and include:
- Fermented Chipotle and Black Garlic Hot Sauce - A killer blend of ripe Jalapeno, Chipotle and Black Garlic.
- Fermented Habanero Hot Sauce SriRADcha - Our take on the world's most popular hot sauce. We added Habanero for extra points.
- Ghost Wave Fermented Hot Sauce - Deep, rich Naga chili flavor combined with Habanero. Chilli Hills ' Ghost Wave Fermented Hot Sauce is the hottest in the KILLA fermented hot sauce series .
We were also awarded a certificate for innovative product because we are the first commercial artisanal fermented hot sauce in Bulgaria.
