We are delighted to announce the fruit of our three years of hard work, namely our own series of hot sauces.Balkan Hot Sauce is a line of sauces whose main goal is to combine exotic and native flavors into one.

To kick off the series, we begin with the following three options:

Village Spice is a combination of Mexican smoky Chipotle and a bouquet of wild Rhodope spices. It has a smoky flavor, mild to medium spicy and is a perfect companion for BBQ and roasted meats. It can be added to mayonnaise or hummus for the perfect dip.

Bulgarian Carrot is a cross between Caribbean Habanero and Bulgarian Shipka in combination with citrus and carrot. Bulgarian ripe to yellow Shipka is known outside of Bulgaria as the "Bulgarian carrot". In our laboratory we developed a perfect blend of this pepper in combination with orange Habanero, carrots and citrus. The resulting product has a unique taste, medium to strong spiciness and is a perfect addition to meat, fish and vegetables.

Red Heat is our challenge to every "chilli head". In this recipe we have introduced Assam Bhut Jolokia and Red Habanero. These are two of the hottest peppers in the world. The season was generous to us and we had a pretty good harvest of both. To be on the safe side, we have also strengthened the blend with a hot extract containing 6.4 million scovilles. The result is a gradually growing explosion for the senses with a long-lasting effect. Designed for adventurers!
